About the Course

The Fall tournament 2005 will be played at Fujizakura Country Club. It a forest course located near in Yamanashi Prefecture close to Mt.Fuji. It is the quintessential Scandinavian Cup golf course, being the venue for the most competitions throughout the years. The course is home to a competition on the Japan Golf Tour, the Fuji-Sankei Classic and is thus a very highly regarded course in the Japanese golfing community.

The course is Par 72, 6353 yards from White Tee and is fairly difficult, with fairly long Par-4's being the main challenge for us amateur golfers! There is a course guide and an overall view of the course on the official home page (see links to the right).

Directions:
Go on Chuo Expressway from Tokyo (roughly 93 km)
Turn off at Kawaguchiko I.C.
The course is roughly 6 km from the I.C., see MAP (Japanese)
